Drivers Car Details....... I have had a few requests for car details to be available in the entry lists - up till now it only displayed the drivers car profile code number. This has now been implemented in all the event entry lists. So if you want your car make/model to appear in the entry and heat listings then login into your account and go to your profile control panel - and read the instructions at the top of the page - telling you use the [Car] button to create as many car profiles as you want, then using the [Entries] you can attach any of your car profile to any of your entries, which will then display them in the entry lists and the event organisers download screens.STCC Rnd4: West London STCC Round 4 at a Wet & Sunny West London
Thanks to everyone that raced, despite the dismal weather forecasts preceeding today, just under 100 people raced and what a day it was - again! I will admit that when I arrived at approx 7:10am I was disheartened at the sight of the new boating lake that we were confronted with, and while we all sheltered under various covers from the heavy rain, I was already considering the options for rescheduling the meeting, even got so far as discussing this with Steve and got 2 dates ready for drivers briefing. But thanks to the stirling work from as many volunteers as there were brushes and other various aids for water clearance - including the bucket and dustpan Steve used (!).
     It stopped raining and within half an hour the track was pretty much cleared and in another half hour the sky cleared to a bright, warm and sunny day. Drivers briefing was not what I was expecting to give at 7:30am I can assure you. By the end of quali one the track was bone dry, warm and it was business as usual, with yet another track record being broken (for 1450g) in the TC3 class - well done to Spencer Jones this time, who took the record Malcolm Hall set just the previous weekend on Sorex (I might add) by 2 secs - who say the STCC tyres aren't fast!
    Results are now all online and more than a few drivers are probably now starting to consider which scores they will be dropping.....West London club are now starting to consolidate their position at the top of the Club Championship table. As previously, anyone with pictures for the gallery please forward to me, and many thanks to Matt Sadler for those in this report, they clearly show what we were looking at on arrival - lots of head scratching as you can see, an early qualifying round and later on the blistering heat that followed ;) Well done to Marc Caton for winning the free car prize - the Hot Bodies Cyclone complete kit. The third round of the Schumacher BTCC took place over the weekend at the excellent Halifax facility in the north of England. 
One again we had a good entry and another dominant win for Chris Grainger with his new Mi4 in the modified class. With the BRCA national at the same venue in a few weeks time the BTCC provided some excellent running for those in attendance. ANSMANN GP 2009 West London booking in now OPEN!

BRCA Membership........ As you will be aware, to enter race meetings in the UK requires that you are a valid BRCA member. The main reason for this is not only to benefit from the services that the BRCA provide, but also to support the ongoing development of the sport. For most drivers this will generally be to have the comfort of the insurance blanket that comes with your membership, which is required not only by you but also to protect the tracks and event organisers. It is very little to pay for such a comprehensive service! We will therefore, in conjunction with the BRCA administrator, be conducting the annual checking of all drivers for correct and up to date BRCA membership cards - so please ensure that you are an up to date and paid up BRCA member or you may find that you are unable to race or will have to fill in and pay your membership on the day at the track. 2009/2010 Winter Indoor Championship Series2009/2010 Winter Indoor Series Preliminary dates for some of the top Winter Indoor Series have been announced already!
